There’s nothing ordinary about Jonathan and Cedric’s story. Once incarcerating criminals, they now neutralize pests and nuisances. Both founders of GREENBUG Extermination, they were, until recently, former policemen and officers with the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal. Here’s their story and their entrepreneurial vision.
Why did you create GREENBUG Extermination?
With over 25 years’ experience in public safety, Jonathan and Cédric have had time to hone their expertise and skills in a number of areas. In particular, they have experience in media management and communication, which today enables them to best communicate the subject of pest prevention to their customers. Their expertise in real estate investment and business led them to set up GREENBUG. It’s a solid project that gives them a legitimate stake in the protection of public health and the environment.

Health and public safety are everybody’s business. Everyone is concerned by these two major pillars and deserves a service they can trust. That’s why, since its creation, the company has had an Extermination Division. Pest management, health and safety services are available to residential, commercial, industrial and institutional customers. These include homeowners, property and hotel managers, condominium corporations, seniors’ residences, restaurateurs and private or public institutions.

Jonathan and Cédric are committed to customer service, communication and innovation. It is by combining these three major pillars that the two founders of GREENBUG Extermination intend to build loyalty and educate their loyal clientele. Visionaries and innovators, the two partners are launching a new service for travelers, Division Voyage. The service, called Protection Assistance-Voyage (PAV), is designed to protect travelers against the risk of bedbugs and parasites in their accommodations.
